Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened DVD's cannot be returned unless defective. Defective DVD's will be replaced with similar subject matter only. Exact DVD title may not be available. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Non-defective novelties may NOT be returned for any reason. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with an item of same but different color.
Sales Taxes
TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Maryland 6% sales tax for RETAIL orders delivered to a Maryland address. At this time TLD Distribution & Fulfillment website is not accepting orders to be delivered outside of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Each customer shall be solely responsible for applicable sale tax for orders shipped to addresses other than in Maryland.
