Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope without advertisements and will have the following return address:

Rates & Policies

• Ships to Continental US only. (No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)
• Free shipping on orders $50+ 
• Retail Customers there is a $15.00 flat rate for orders under $50.
• You will be charged for postage/freight incurred on all refused/returned orders.
  
• Retail customer store pickup option available with $0 service charge: Local pickup at any of our 2 retail locations (1227 National Hwy., LaVale MD | 57 Meadow Lane, Martinsburg WV). Pickup will be processed in 1-5 days. *We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup using the contact information you provided when the order was placed.  Sales Taxes are payable by the recipient with purchase at whichever store you pick up your order.  

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order (large orders may require additional time).

We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so.  We will ship by one of these means; US postal service, UPS, FedEx.

NO special shipping is available at this time ie; 2nd day air or overnight air.  We do not ship on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).  Holidays may effect what is considered a business day.

*Retail Customers since we offer free shipping for orders $50 and over OR $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $50, we reserve the right to choose the most affordable way to ship your order.

Tracking number will be emailed to you, after shipping, if an email address is provided.
