    All of products sold on TLD Distribution & Fulfillment online shopping site are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following conditions. Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened DVD's cannot be returned unless defective. Defective DVD's will be replaced with similar subject matter only. Exact DVD title may not be available.  Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Non-defective novelties may NOT be returned for any reason. Except as expressly stated herein, TLD Distribution & Fulfillment makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the TLD Distribution & Fulfillment web site. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,  TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

    Order Acceptance Policy

    • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.   TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $250.00 (U.S.) are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders at this time from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by TLD Distribution  Fulfillment.

    We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with an item of same but different color.

    Sales Taxes

    TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Maryland 6% sales tax for RETAIL orders delivered to a Maryland address.  At this time TLD Distribution & Fulfillment website is not accepting orders to be delivered outside of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Each customer shall be solely responsible for applicable sale tax for orders shipped to addresses other than in Maryland.

    Jurisdiction and Venue

    You agree that any legal action brought against TLD Distribution & Fulfillment. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the TLD Distribution & Fulfillment website shall be an appropriate Federal or State court located in Maryland.

    We accept payment via Major Credit Cards or Debit Card.  Other payments methods may become available. 

    Check or Money Order

    If you want to pay by Check or Money Order select this option at checkout. We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. Dollars ONLY. Once we receive your check or money order, we will wait until the check or money order clears our bank before processing your order and shipping. This may take up to 10 business days. NOTE: Payment for orders placed using a Check or Money Order must be received within 30 days of order placement date or the order will be automatically cancelled.

    To expedite processing please be sure to include your order number on the Check or Money order. For fastest processing of your orders, please consider payment by credit card. Cancelled RETAIL CUSTOMERS orders paid by check or money order are eligible for store credit or refund less a 20% Administrative fee.

    Wire Transfer

    We do not accept Wire Transfers.

    Domestic Taxes

    We are required to collect Sales Tax on orders shipping to a Maryland (MD) address. 

    Availability

    When you log into your account to check the status of your order you will be shown one of the following three stages.

    Available

    We maintain a large inventory at our facility and the quantity available on hand IS the quantity shown with each item on our website. Typically, your order will ship within 2 business days if not sooner. We make our best efforts to ship your order as rapidly as possible and many orders are processed the same or next day of receipt. *Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

    Out of Stock

    We ship in-stock items ONLY and promptly.  There are no back orders.  If an item is marked Out of Stock it is not currently available.  

    Cancelled

    Your order OR a certain item may be cancelled if the product ordered is showing available stock on our website but available stock has an operational issue or quality issue. 

    How do I return a product?

    What items are eligible for return?

    If defective and in the original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.  A replacement of same subject matter will be issued.  Exact same title may not be available.

    We cannot accept returns based on any of the following reasons:

    • Items did not arrive in time for your party.
    • Dislike the content of a DVD.
    • It looked different once it got here or you simply changed your mind.
    • Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
    • Orders cancelled by email. Cancellations must be completed by telephone at 1-240-362-0001 the day the order was placed 10AM til 8PM EST or the next business day between the hours of 10AM and 3PM EST.

    Other things to keep in mind:

    If you return products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and we will not be held liable to return those items to you under any circumstances.

    If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.  Secondly, we may contact you by Email.

    Items that are returned after 30 days or not in accordance with the above will not be credited or returned.

    • Ships to Continental US only. (No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)
    • Free shipping on orders $50+ 
    • There is a $15.00 flat rate for orders under $50 for RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
    • You will be charged for postage/freight incurred on all refused/returned orders.
    • Store pickup option available with $0 service charge: Local pickup at any of our 2 locations (1227 National Hwy., LaVale MD | 57 Meadow Lane, Martinsburg WV). Pickup will be processed in 1-5 days. *We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup using the contact information you provided when the order was placed.  Sales Taxes are payable by the recipient with purchase at whichever store you pick up your order.  

    Order Processing

    All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order (large orders may require additional time).

    We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so.  We will ship by one of these means; US postal service, UPS, FedEx. 

    NO special shipping is available at this time ie; 2nd day air or overnight air.  We do not ship on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).  Holidays may effect what is considered a business day.

     Since we offer free shipping for RETAIL CUSTOMER orders $50 and over OR $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $50, we reserve the right to choose the most affordable way to ship your order.
