How do I return a product?

RETAIL CUSTOMERS: Please email to explain why you want to return your product. Or call our LaVale, MD store The Locked Door Express at 240-362-0001 and state it is concerning a web order.  Your request will be reviewed and with a prompt reply.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:  Please contact your sale representative or email

What items are eligible for return?


If defective and in the original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.  A replacement of same subject matter will be issued.  Exact same title may not be available.

Adult Toys (ALL Categories not mentioned above)

ONLY if defective.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

Male Enhancement Pills/Jellies

Gift Cards

Exotic Dancewear items

We cannot accept returns based on any of the following reasons:

  • Items did not arrive in time for your party.
  • Dislike the content of a DVD.
  • It looked different once it got here or you simply changed your mind.
  • Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
  • Orders cancelled by email. Cancellations must be completed by telephone at 1-240-362-0001 the day the order was placed 10AM til 8PM EST or the next business day between the hours of 10AM and 3PM EST.

Other things to keep in mind:

If you return products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and we will not be held liable to return those items to you under any circumstances.

If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.  Secondly, we may contact you by Email.

Items that are returned after 30 days or not in accordance with the above will not be credited or returned.
